Le Tack&Glou: le vin rouge provient d'une vigne âgée de trois ans sur le coteau argile-calcaire du Hinterburg. Ce vin très velouté se montre aussi concentré, avec des tanins abondants mais fins. Après avoir quitté la coopération en 1979 pour ensuite se lancer dans l'aventure de la Biodynamie en 1999, Clément Klur avait développé son vignoble pour atteindre 8 hectares de vignes.
