Description
GLOU GLOU – TÊTE EN L’AIR
Coming from our granite and clay-limestone terroirs, these grape varieties were harvested separately and then assembled and macerated for 8 days in the same three-year-old oak. It is a small lot created for the pleasure of accompanying the breeding of a unique wine. You will enjoy this Tête en l’Air which has developed a beautiful mouth, a subtle balance between a little acidity and discreet tannic structure.

The labels: made by myself, I also wanted to express the terroir through the labels:
The GLOU represents a closed, hibernating seed, because pinot noir grows in rich, heavy, compact clay-limestone soil.
On GLOU GLOU the seed has germinated and is gradually unfolding into a colorful flower, a blend of gewurztraminer & muscat on a granitic terroir that’s still quite dense at the bottom of the slopes.
GLOU GLOU GLOU is Riesling on granitic soil, the opposite of Pinot Noir. Higher up, it’s swept by the winds, and the flower opens up completely, becoming airy and changing color to blue!
