Bulbile to hold

Description

Each mobile is made from a thin film woven by fermentation. Once dried, the cellulose becomes translucent, vibrant, and colorful.

I showcase it in moving metal structures that echo the perpetual evolution of fermentation. Each piece is unique and requires many hours of work, including harvesting, drying, cutting, assembling, and balancing.

Suspended in space, these objects play with light and movement.

These creations are still in the experimental stage, but in the near future, certain parts will be detachable and can be worn as earrings, pendants, or brooches.

Why BULBILES?

BUL: Ferment from the Latin verb « fevere » to boil to make bubbles (bulles in French) -> BUL
BILES: A reference to the artist Alexander Calder, and his moving sculptures: mobiles, stabiles -> BILES

This creation is made to order. Please contact me by email for more information on availability: info@tackglou.net
