Description
Some info:
Referenced in guide des meilleurs vins de France RVF 2022: “Il y a de l’or… dans l’air is a vigorous wine, finer in tannins than in the past.” Rated 91
Why the name? It may be Or (Gold) or Orange (the wine) or Orage (storm between 2 people) As often at Klur’s family… but it is just a joke
Its history: a wine derived from grapes Muscat and Gewurztraminer, macerated for a little more than 3 weeks (berries and grappe), then pressed, kept on fine lees in barrel of 3 years, and finally bottled unfiltered without any sulfites.
Our suggestions: Some baguette toasts, a drizzle of olive oil and anchovies from Collioure…. but also cheeses, desserts. To taste with a total openness of mind for something really unusual
and also:
– Temperature: Around 12
– Technical Info: Bottle of 75 cl, transparent white, cork. Native yeasts, unfiltered, non-sulphited
