MAKE A WINE FOR THE FIRST TIME
My first complete vintage and it was magnificent! 4 days of harvest, pressing, vatting … the photo album is online here. I’m back at the jewelry workshop in Pforzheim but dad is watching the fermentations and keeps me informed on a daily basis. We bottled sparkling wine early October after a month of fermentation. In February the wines are still in fermentation and we taste them regularly, more information here
