Description
GLOU
A few details:
Why this name? It’s similar to previous Pinot Noirs, but … there’s something extra: whole bunches, hand-pressing after a not-too-long fermentation, and grapes we picked from the trees bordering the plot…. with a scale !
Its history: a wine from the clay-limestone terroir of Hinterburg, located in the geological fracture zone of the Vosges foothills. Aged in 2- and 3-year-old barrels.
Our suggestion: a heart-warming wine for any occasion.
And also:
– temperature: room temperature, maybe a little cooler
– technical info: 1.5 l bottle, cork. indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, unsulfured
