TACK AND WHAT ??

TACK:

It’s the sound of my tools in the workshop: the hammer forming metal.

GLOU:

The common sound of liquid escaping from a bottle

or the beautiful song of fermentation in the cellar!

TACK & GLOU:

This is the hybrid profession I created in 2020 to combine my work as a winemaker with that of a designer, based on my passion for living things and, above all, for fermentation.
The K is from my surname KLUR

BIODYNAMIC VINEYARD

I grow a small range of natural wines in Alsace from family vineyards covering just under 2 hectares, which have been certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) for over 20 years. Small batches are handmade from the grape to the label.

CREATION OF ECO-DESIGNED JEWELRY

As a trained jeweler, I pay particular attention to the materials I use. I work within the contemporary jewelry movement, creating wearable objects and spatial jewelry. My workshop is located opposite to the cellar so that I can keep a close eye on the wines.

MY PASSION FOR FERMENTATION CONNECTS THE TWO

It's the ampersand (&) of Tack&Glou, and my research focuses as much on creating materials to incorporate into my designs as it does on macerated wines, with a constant focus on the sustainability and quality of the creations I make.
